Returns & Refunds

The information below refers to retail orders only. If you are a wholesale customer, please refer to the relevant guidance.


Should you not be satisfied with your purchase in any way, it’s OK to change your mind. We are pleased to offer a full refund on any unworn/unused item, returned in its original condition. The item(s) must be sent back within 30 days of receipt, using the post address below:

A note must also be enclosed with any item(s) return. This must state:

  • Your name and address
  • Email address and/or phone number
  • Your order number
  • Reason for return

If the above information is not included there may be a delay with the refund process.

You are advised to obtain proof of posting for your returns.

On receipt of returned items, refund of the purchase price of the item(s) (before shipping charges) will be made to the payment method (debit or credit card) used to pay for the original order. You will be advised by e-mail when the credit has been processed. This will usually be within 7 days of receipt of the returned item(s).

Please be aware that postage will only be refunded if there is an error on our part or the product is damaged or defective. In this case, we will also endeavour to cover the cost of the postage to send the item(s) back to us.

Please note that many of our items are handmade and therefore the delivered item may deviate very slightly from that pictured and/or described. Where this may be the case, we will endeavour to ensure the item description states this. Although you are still free to return the item to us for a refund of its purchase price, we may not consider the item to be defective where we have deemed that sufficient warning was given in the item description and therefore may not refund any associated shipping charges.

If you are returning an item or items from any country outside the UK, please note that we will not cover the shipping charges of your return, regardless of the reason for return. We advise that you contact us first so we can deal with your case on an individual basis.

Your statutory rights are not affected; these mean goods supplied will be of proper quality, as described and suitable for the purpose intended.
